We offer a 2-day return policy for items that are defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. You have 2 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a free shipping label to send the package back to us.

Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at support@letlive.shop if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item(s) you want is to initiate a return and, once it has been accepted, place a separate order for the new item(s).
